Welcome to an innovative movement approach taught and led by Tamara Perger that blends the disciplines of Yoga and Qi Gong. These classes, private lessons and workshops provide a way to discover skills to work with stress, anxiety, depression and trauma.
These teachings offer gentle, enlivening and restorative somatic practices which are designed to support healing, emotional balance and energy cultivation in the context of recognizing our unique needs.

Tamara is a B.A. Graduate from the University of Gueph; and has a M.S.W. from the University of Toronto including being a Member of The Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Services Workers; and a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher.

Founded through years of study in education and practicing body based approaches for health, Tamara has designed programs which work in tandem with other treatment modalities to positively and uniquely support physical and emotional health.
Health & Wellbeing
As a Clinical Social Worker working in Mental Health, Tamara has witnessed the direct benefits of combining Yoga with Mental Health principles, that allow individuals to find new skills which empower them to take charge of their physical and emotional wellbeing.
Years of professional work involving Mental Health services along with having personal health struggles, caring for family and balancing daily life demands, has resulted in an understanding of how to compassionately impart skills to live life to its fullest.
